We did it, Joe. Our first fashion installation, The Den, brought fashion and interiors together in collabration with The Station Park Circle at Hed Hi Studio in Charleston, SC and became a total experiment in what a fashion experience could be.

Think living editorials: models inhabiting four distinct dens, fashion reels projected looping on the wall, incredible DJs setting the vibes, and style mavens and guests lounging, exploring, and experiencing the installation from every angle.

But at the heart of it all was an idea we believe in: resale is the new luxury.

Every piece in The Den was resale, sourced and curated to show that fashion, furniture and objects with history can feel just as desirable—and perhaps even more interesting—than something brand new. Everything was for sale.

It was our first. It definitely won't be our last.
